Our Shipping Policy -

USA

1. We ship via USPS or UPS depending on order size and location.
2. Free Shipping on all coffee orders within the mainland USA.
3. All coffees are roasted fresh to order. Orders are usually processed within 24-48 hours and delivered in 3-5 business days.
4. Delays may occasionally occur due to weather, carriers, or high demand — we'll keep you updated.

UK

1. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days after full payment.
2. Standard coffee packs (200g, 500g, and 1kg) are usually dispatched the next working day after full payment. Larger bulk box coffee packs are roasted fresh to order and therefore require 3–4 working days handling time before dispatch.
3. We use EVRI's 2-3 day service for most deliveries, and Royal Mail "Tracked 48 Service" for larger items over 2kg. 
   
4. Next Day delivery is available via UPS or Royal Mail.
5. Tracking details are provided with every order.

Returns Policy -

USA

1. Food items (coffee/tea) are non-returnable. Refunds may be considered only for items damaged in transit (with photo evidence).
2. Non-food items can be returned within 14 days if unopened/unused and in original condition. Buyer covers return postage unless faulty or not as described.
3. No refunds for buyer's remorse.

UK

1. Returns are accepted within 14 days on unopened, unused items in their original condition.
2. Buyer covers return postage unless the item is faulty or not as described. Please note, opened or used consumable items cannot be returned.
