From the volcanic slopes of the Kintamani Highlands in Central Bali comes Bali Moon Current, a single-origin coffee rooted in tradition and elevated by nature. Cultivated by farmers within the Subak Abian system, a centuries-old Balinese cooperative, these shade-grown Arabica beans thrive in mineral-rich volcanic loam at elevations of 1200 to 1600 meters.
Carefully hand-picked and wet-hulled, the beans undergo a meticulous two-step sun-drying process on raised beds. The result is a clean, well-structured cup with notes of baker’s chocolate, orange peel, juniper, and molasses.
Crafted from Bourbon, Typica, and Catimor varietals, this medium roast captures the spirit of Bali’s upland terroir, bold yet balanced, complex yet calming. A serene invitation to discover the island’s depth, one sip at a time.
