How to Use

Backflushing Espresso Machines

• Insert a blind filter into the portafilter.
• Add approximately 3g of Cafiza cleaning powder.
• Run the brew cycle for 10 seconds, then stop for 10 seconds.
• Repeat the process five times.
• Remove the portafilter and rinse thoroughly.
• Repeat the cleaning cycle using clean water.
• For best results, soak portafilters and metal components in Cafiza solution.
