How to Use 

Backflushing Espresso Machines 

• Insert a blind filter into the portafilter.
• Add approximately 3g–6g of Cafiza2 cleaning powder.
• Activate the brew cycle for 10 seconds, then stop for 10 seconds.
• Repeat this process five times.
• Remove the portafilter and rinse thoroughly.
• Run additional rinse cycles using clean water.
• Prepare and discard one espresso shot before returning the machine to service.
